  • Pre-employment screening​

Testing for drugs and alcohol is particularly important during the recruitment process and can help avoid employing new staff with pre-existing drug and alcohol-related problems.

Drug screening can be performed on urine samples and a breath test can be used to instantly check for alcohol.

  • Pre-placement screening of home help for the aged and infirmed, carers & childminders.

This is testing which is as important as professional qualifications and references in any situation.

  • Random testing

This involves testing on a random basis a complete workforce or a specific number of employees. Testing would be unannounced.

  • With cause/reasonable suspicion situation

Suspicious/unusual behaviour can arouse concerns and TTS Ltd staff can be onsite as requested to carry out testing.

  • Post incident

If an accident occurs TTS Ltd staff can be onsite to carry out testing.

We are certified to test in the following ways:

 

  Hair testing : This is a lifestyle test where your hair can give us up to 3 months of history regarding drugs of abuse. Its a good test for recruitment for senior management roles or those working at sea, driving or operating heavy machinery.  

 

  Oral swab testing for drugs of abuse. urine testing for drugs of abuse: Currently the most popular test that we do as a majority of companies refer to it in their safety statement and employee handbooks.              

                           

  Sniffer dog service: Our sniffer dog is fully certified to search for drugs of abuse . We screen warehousing , offices, staff locker rooms , outside areas. Our success rate is very high and it also serves as notice and warning to staff that keeping drugs of abuse in the work place will not be tolerated.
